We can give your flat, plastic sheets a single- or double-sided coating.
Each type of (transparent) plastic has its pros and cons. Do you need the perfect match for a specific application? You’ll rarely find this, precisely because (transparent) plastic has so many application possibilities.
The application of a coating to your plastic sheets improves the surface properties. Does a certain type of material fog up quickly, for instance? We can make these plastic sheets fog resistant by applying a coating to them. Is there a high risk of scratches? We can apply a scratch-resistant coating. One thing remains the same: high optical quality.
We clamp the sheets into place and – depending on whether we are applying a single- or double-sided coating for you – we remove one or two sides of the film. We use a guide system to slide the plastic panels into our automated flow coating line.
We then apply the coating to the sheets starting at the top. This flow-coat technique guarantees superior surface quality. It is then sent to the drying room. In the last step, the coating is activated in the UV line.
The only thing you have to do is let us know the end result you expect.
