If your future product is plastic, we can make it for you. That’s the mission of our Custom Department, completely aiming at tailor-made solutions to very specific demands. But what route to take from idea to product realisation? A look behind the scenes.

1. Tell us all about your idea / product

It starts with an introduction meeting in order to share your idea / product and its purpose. What’s the application and where will it be used? (indoor / outdoor). Is it a display or part of a larger whole? How many pieces do you need? Are there specific needs for anti-scratch and/or anti-fog coatings?

2. Our R&D department thinks along with you

Our aim is to be more than strictly a producer. We want you to benefit from our extensive know-how and expertise in transparent plastics. Our R&D department thinks along with you: by selecting the most suitable plastic sheet material combined with a cost-efficient production.

3. From design to production

Our R&D department translates your insight into a design. From this point the first test samples will follow. These samples will serve as a basis for further discussion and fine-tuning. When everything is satisfactory, we will move your project to our production department. We have all the machinery and expertise in-house in order to serve you completely.

But, as you are in the driver’s seat, you decide how far you would like us to go.

4. Continuous improvement process

Order finished and delivered? And are you satisfied about the end product? Perfect! However, for us it doesn’t end here – it’s only the beginning! Because with the knowledge gained, we would like to serve you even better next time!
